Recipe of the Week: Avocado Summer Rolls

Use fresh herbs and ingredients with this delicious recipe to make summer rolls.  Avocados were distributed at our P.O.W.W.O.W. market in Chandler last weekend and a great variety for all individuals.  Avocados are a great source of nutrients with Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and C, folate, magnesium and potassium.
