Recipe of the Week: Stuffed Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Bowls

Spaghetti Squash is a low-carb seasonal vegetable and delicious for any occasions.  SS is loaded with vitamins and minerals with a good amount of protein and fiber.  Try this meatless recipe using the shell as a bowl and add some ricotta cheese as a topping.  Spaghetti Squash is offered at our P.O.W.W.O.W. market this Saturday.
