Recipe of the Week: Stovetop Steam – Fried Green Beans and Mushrooms


Try this simple but scrumptious recipe you family will enjoy by steam-fry your green beans with shallots and mushrooms.  Green beans are low in Sodium, Saturated Fat and Cholesterol but a good source Protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6 and among other nutrients.  This variety was also offered at last week’s market too.
