Recipe of the Week: Fairytale Pumpkin Bowl For Two

Make this delicious meal for a date night using a fairytale pumpkin, rice, lentils and veggies, also use the Pumpkin as a bowl to share.  Roast the seeds and use it for another night.  Fairytale Pumpkins are smooth, creamy and tender with a spicy and a mild, sweet flavor.  Fairytale’s are high in vitamin A and C, Zinc and Magnesium.
